Well-Rounded Mechanics Ready to Serve You

In February of 2007, Jesse and Sheri Griffith started Jesse Griffith Repairs as a means for Jesse to supplement his income while working as a firefighter for the city of Hobart. Before joining the fire department, Jesse had worked as a tech at a John Deere dealership, so he had lots of training and experience working on trucks, tractors, and heavy-duty equipment. From very humble beginnings, we have worked very hard to make what our shop is today…

Jesse Griffith Repairs Auto Repair Shop
We began with one very small pickup truck doing onsite repairs.
Then we had a two-car garage!
Next came a bigger building with property, but we were still working outside…
Then we bought an old dairy farm to renovate!
Now we can accommodate autos, large trucks, and equipment, and finally do jobs out of the elements!

No Matter What You Do or Drive, We’re the Shop for You!

Our crew combines experience in agricultural equipment, automotive, and industrial and heavy-duty equipment, making us a well-rounded shop, whether you’re a fleet manager, over-the-road truck driver, stay at home mom, or farmer feeding America. Whatever you drive or operate, Jesse Griffith Repairs is the right choice for you, your family, and your business. We love having the opportunity to help people, and seeing our customers satisfied.

Around the age of 10, I remember telling someone I wanted to be a mechanic. As time progressed and with education, I eventually learned how to reassemble the many things I disassembled over the years. When it was time to choose a career, my love for farming and ranching pushed me toward the ag industry and diesel mechanics, but down the road, I felt the Lord push me toward a job at the Hobart Fire Department as a firefighter. To supplement my income, I began working for myself doing mechanic work for local farmers on my days off.

Well, that side business has grown exponentially, and today I am blessed to have a team that is skilled, knowledgeable, likable, and most of all, trustworthy. I thank my wife who has stood by me and supported me in building this shop. - Jesse Griffith

"And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily as to the Lord and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ."
